The staffs were top-class and very attentive and the service was excellent. Location: the hotel was next to various restaurants, stores, and the interstate and many shopping centers and restaurants and stores.

The Wi-fi was easy to setup and worked just fine. Full size fridge and freezer.
No pool, exercise room, grab and go breakfast was pathetic, kitchen was functional but supplies/utensils were more limited.

The staff at the front desk and room attendants were nice and understanding. Great location close to Walnut Creek, shopping malls, restaurants, and stores. Free parking available. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Pleasant Hill.

An awesome way to end my xmas. Wonderful hotel in an unbeatable location in the shopping mall-down from the store-Best Buy, welcoming personal. Excellent service, clean room complete with fridge, a thermostat, kitchen.

I will never stay in thi place ever again.
Nothing. They said "free breakfast"! Granola bars and oily stale muffins. That is a disgrace.

If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, don't expect much. There are severe shortages of decent hotels, leaving you with limited options. However, there are a couple of positives to consider. the location of this hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to Best Buy and within walking distance to BART. Secondly, the pet-friendly policy is a plus for those traveling with furry friends. Lastly, the shaded parking areas offer plenty of spaces for your vehicle.
The negatives outweigh the positives. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with previous guests' hair shavings still present on bathroom counters and desks in desperate need of dusting.

Newly decorated and fairly clean hotel. Top-class and very attentive staff from the front desk to the room attendants and manager. Great location for Pleasant Hill, so close to a shopping center with plenty of food and various restaurants.

Made reservation for a king size room n when we checked in they only had queen size rooms available n they still charged me for the king.

The staff was friendly, helfull, and went above and beyond.. 3 staff members were the best but I am horrible at names.. I remember 1 gentleman in???! 1 Blk lady, and 1 wht lady who was very effecent... Need more hotels like this one
